I have their Tuareg, very nice they are too. Don't know what is up in your case as I didn't have any problems with them at all.  The Unfeasibly chap has posted here in the past if I remember right, maybe he'll see this and resolve your issues.

Mistakes do happen, and email isn't the most reliable method of communication in the world. Haven't heard any horror stories about this mob, so I wouldn't assume deliberate fishiness. Most likely an oversight or error combined with communication troubles. Hope they haven't gone tits-up.

Edit: Looking at his profile, I see Unfeasibly has visited the LAF within the last ten days, so he's still around. Chances are he'll see this. Why not send him a PM to be sure?

His profile, so you can PM him:

I ordered a pack of Arabs from them at the beginning of November, but never recived it. I sent an E-mail but got no reply either. I had forgot about the whole thing 'till I saw this thread. 'tis awfully fishy.

For what it's worth, I did post to the Unfeasibly forum asking for a comment to prospective customers.

I haven't purchased any figures lately because nothing new has been released. In the past, purchases always went smoothly.
It's a shame if the range is ending. I was hoping to get the not-Laurel & Hardy personality figures.

Ah! Thanks, I never thought about doing that.
Not that I knew they had a forum though...
Let's hope for some answers.

Just recived an E-mail from unfeasibly:

I’ve been struggling with work / life balance lately. All my back orders have gone out today. Apologies for the delay.

Plan to release the next figures in the New Year and then complete the range for Easter. I have plans for RCMP and Gangsters next.

This seems to have sorted out the problem.
Gangsters are cool...

I think Mark's been a bit tied up with other matters lately and his miniatures range has had to take second place. I made some new armatures for him a little while ago including a horse and mule, so I expect some mounted troops will appear next year.
The range isn't dead it's just a slow developer!

RCMP - great!!  I wish their figures were a little bigger though - they don't fit that well with the other figures I have, seeing as they are a bit on the small side.

Unfortunatly it didn't sort out the problem - the models have yet to arrive after 13 days. Ho hum...

Not to me it hasn't. I received an Email stating my order had been sent, but that's all I got. The site hasn't been updated in ages either...

No he doesn't - I've been keeping an eye on the site because I was interested in buying the range if Mark decided to sell up.  I have talked to Woody about it and Mark just vanished with some unpaid sculpting bills..

I don't begrudge anyone staring their own business, but it never surprises me to hear how a company just gets out of control. Time and cash flow, rather the lack of these, is often the killer; and real life- job and family, illness etc just add further to ones woes.

One simple way to work out wether you have the time to start a range is to spend an evening laying out a ring of figures onto a nine inch dinner plate.

Put these into ziploc bags, say four to a bag, and then take them out and put them onto the plate again.

Repeat all evening, taking into account any disruptions from your family, housework, phonecalls from freinds/relatives etc.

This reflects the efforts required to pack stock for a show/trade order and does not take into account casting, the trip to the post office, the realisation that your £650.73 in orders goes no way towards the £983.57 that the contract casters latest invoice comes to.

By all means have a go, but remember, your hobby, your personal involvement in the hobby will be the first to suffer.

I'll second the great on the RCMP!

Likewise. :)

Been on the lookout for some mounties for some Maple Pulp scenarios. Yes I am aware of the fellow Pulp Figures makes.

Wait, oh dear...
