Happy New Year everyone, I recently painted these for my mate Andy (he's doing the basing), a small collection of figures for a nice pulp adventure.
I think they are Artizan miniatures though I'm not sure about the Mummy itself. Nice figures to paint, I enjoyed doing them.

Some close ups.

Grand looking figures, like the vibrant colour range :-*
-
Excellent brushwork as always!
-
Very nice! Clean painting and great colour choice! :)
-
lovely clean job :-* :-* :-* :-* :-* :-* :-*

Lovely colours!

Beautiful!! :-*
-
Fantastic painting!
The arabs are especially inspirational as I have a slew of them I keep setting aside.
Is the German officer's MP-40 missing its magazine on purpose or did he drop the mag in all the excitement?
-
Loving that... lots of potential here for a number of great games.
-
Germans, Mummies and Arabs,
can't go wrong with them for Pulp gaming.
Well done.
-
Excellent!
-
Great stuff! Such clean, crisp colours.

Great Job, clean, efficient and superb looking!

Thanks very much for the kind comments, makes it all worthwhile. :)

Very neat painting! :-*

What rules are you using for this sort of Pulp game - Chaos in Cairo perhaps?
-
Really nice painting.
-
Excellent as usual Jeff :-*

I really like how much bright and clean these colors look. Very nice work! 8)

They look lovely and crisp, ideal for Pulp gaming. Well done! :)
-
Lovely stuff Jeff, my favourites are the DAKs. ;D
-
Wow! They are brilliant! :-*
-
Well it's been a year since I painted the last lot, however Andy must have been happy with them because he asked me to do some more for him.
So below there are more Pulpy Arabs and Nazis but also some Pulpy Chinese, Adventurers and Archeoligists. Andy will do the basing to fit in with his existing collection.
Oh and I forgot to mention another Mummy having a bad hair day lol.

Some close ups.

Great stuff, mate.
Those Nazis are my favourites and the strides on that professor in the last shot are really well done.
:-* :-*

Wow! I can't wait to get my hands on these!
Again you've done such an amazing job Jeff. I hope to get them based ASAP. Once I have I'll post some shots.
I really like the Imam, the pine stripe professor and the job you've done with that mummy.
Kind Regards
Andy

Hi Jeff
These are wonderful, very stylish.
Did you base coat and then lighten that with white to get the bulk of the colour, or did you do it the other way round and put the shadow in last.
Cheers

Thanks for the supportive comments chaps :)

I like to paint the three stage way with a base coat, the main colour then a highlight. Though sometimes this turns into a four or even five stage way lol.
I also like to paint as neatly as I can to a nice bright finish, to try to make the figures stand out on the table, it's not to everyone's taste I know but I like it :)

Thanks for the info

Beautiful work! :-* :-*
