Thought I would share in case any one is interested. Personally I would quite like to pick up one of the Palanquins as it would make a good objective piece.

No Jim, I think they passed the 28mm range on, seem to remember it being mentioned last year

Always excited to see new Samurai miniatures, they have some nice things but (only) from the pictures I have seen, to me they just don't look right. Long twisted necks and odd looking body shapes. I hope with the addition of new miniatures the quality and proportions get better.
Still I wish them luck with the kickstarter as it's always better to have more choice.

They don't look too bad in the flesh.
Nice to get a few unarmoured types too.

I agree they have a very good range and some miniatures that are not available from other companies, yeah they are not that bad. I didn't mean I felt they were awful just not to my tastes, I am a big fan of accuracy and proportions. I have always followed the theory that if you start with an excellent canvas (miniature in this case) and you do a good paint job you miniatures will look good or at least better than a miniature that is poor with a good paint job on.
I will keep my eye on them and see where they go with the line, I am always up for new miniatures to expand my small collection of Steel fist miniatures.
