Title: blockhouse for 28 mm figures

this is a model of a blockhouse for 28 mm figures. I´m doing it with plastic, cork peebles and compound. These buildings was used  for control the territory in Overseas and Nort Africa by spanish army. the garrison was among a platoon  10 men) a a company ( around 120 men)

A good C18-C19 design. They had similar at the Napoleonic POW camp at Norman Cross, nr Peterborough in the UK.

Napoleons troops used them in Northern Spain to try to deal with the guerillas. They were built at very regular intervals along vital roads.
