Need Information on French Indian War (FIW) French Grenadiers - ideally pictures showing uniforms but information on military history also be appreciated. Really struggling to find much on the web.

Wouldn't the grenadiers be clothed the same as the fusiliers of the regiment? Not sure about the hat though; did grenadiers always have the distinctive shape hat or could they have tricorns?
Maybe the site can help? http://www.kronoskaf.com/syw/index.php?title=French_Army#French_Line_Infantry_Regiments

Cheers Ragnar and Spooktalker those are fantastic links - the Grenadier Bearskin cap seems to be fundamentally different to the later Napoleonic in style - I guess I specifically need details on that so as to convert figures into FIW Grenadiers...

Depending on which miniatures you prefer Redoubt do French Grenadiers as do Foudnry and Front Rank. So you might not need to do conversions.
-
Crusader have some nice ones too.

Nick...do Foundry do them? I was on their site and they don't have any SYW. Always wondered why they have the British, Prussian and Russians but not the French.
-
They are actually on the Foundry's new spin off, Casting Room Miniatures http://www.castingroomminiatures.com/ (http://www.castingroomminiatures.com/)

@folnjir: thanks for that. I didn't know about that site or why they have a different site with some ranges split :/

If my memory serves, French grenadiers in North America did not have the bearskin for most, if not all, of the war. The only practical distinction would be a mustache. That being said, I'll certainly use wargamer's license to include bearskins in my collection eventually.

I think you are right. No bearskin headgear before 1760 in french line troops army. Light and irregular troops could had but not in america theater.
With the reglementary mustache there is a pouch for grenadiers that is not wearing by line troopers.
