Title: Khurasan releases 28mm "Los Viejos"
Post by: Khurasan Miniatures on January 26, 2016, 05:54:52 PM
After years of searching these little desperados have finally been brought to bay!  It's Los Viejos, the fastest draws with a plasma pistol this side of the Rio Grande.

They are available now in our 28mm Sci Fi store.

You need them because of the way their ears poke out of their sombreros.

If they did mounted ones, I wonder what they would ride?

Giant anteaters? Don't ask why, it's just what came into my head first!

Actually we had planned on mounting them on tyrannosaurs.

Brilliant idea!

Though, I have to confess that I, too, are wondering what for I could use them... I'm a gamer, not a miniature painter, you know.
Maybe if we had some suitable adversaries, say... ummh... I'm afraid I'm a little disadvantaged concerning the mexican fauna, living in the old world.
Rattlesnakes with sombreros? Could be nice... but how would they hold their guns? Hm... Sir Hiss comes to my mind... do you remember? The snake from the old Disney Robin Hood film? If I remember correctly, he used his tail (can i call this a tail, the end of a snake's body?) if he had to do something else than moving and speeking.

The snake in the Rango movie had a gatling gun for a tail, so......

It's all just make believe -- I have these listed in my sci fi range rather than historical so you can use them against whatever enemies you want.  :-)  They're silly but not that much sillier than many of the space opera/star wars type aliens out there, truth be told.
