This one's hot off the press from Bad Squiddo Games (The Dice Bag Lady), so if you're going to Crusade, Penarth tomorrow (Saturday 29th), you can be one of the first to see her in the metal flesh.
She's got a nice classic pose and does the job nicely for an armoured fighter. Perfect for crawling around your dungeon or putting frosting on a grave.
I decided to do some NMM for the armour, just to see how hard it would be. It was damn time consuming, but actually relatively simple. I'm happy with how it came out, but there are a couple of bits I need to work on for next time (if there is a next time!).

Armor looks great - so does the face; nice work!

Lovely paintwork Cubs.

"if there is a next time.."
Well I don't know Cubbin, this is a damned disgrace, I could do better with my toes, you're sacked! >:(
NOT REALLY!
She's super cool, your paintwork always brings them to life. When I get the bare metal, the first thing I say is "oooooooooh now imagine her with a Cubbin brushwork".
I have tonnes more for you to do before Salute young man.....
She's available here http://thedicebaglady.net/bad-squiddo-games-miniatures/
Cheers!

Good work man! The reflections are spot on. Main point of improvement would be the blending. I think that is key for really good NMM: flawless blending. Takes lots of time to get right but once you manage it, models will pop even more :)

Awesome work, Cubs! The paint job looks fantastic. Great model too, Annie. I'll have to get my hands on one sooner rather than later.

Yeah, I think you're right. Bit more glaze medium in the paint to thin it out a little and a bit more patience with the mid shades.

Thats excellent Cubs! :-*
