I've been rummaging around in my lead pile and found these miniatures which make a good sigilist and apprentice, so I've painted them up.
I kinda like them

Before you ask - it's a helldorado 'Cabaliste' and a Freebooter 'Apprentice wizard'

Another alternative Frostgrave wizard I've painted today - this time a Soothsayer

Very nice indeed.

Nice work!
I am new to all this and have a question. I know that lead is harmful to the body, so I was wondering if you give it a good paint job and then seal, will you still be exposed to the lead while playing with them afterwards?
I guess if I were to paint them I'd be wearing rubber gloves.

Lead's only harmful if ingested. Handling models won't be an issue, painted or otherwise. Just don't eat them and you'll be fine. :D

Solid lead can't be absorbed through the skin, so don't worry about that. Also modern figures have very little lead in them, older figures have a much higher lead content.
When prepping figures and you get small pieces from filing, then its a good idea to clean this up, and wash your hands afterwards, as its conceivable, if not likely, they you could ingest a small bit. Certainly don't lick your fingers while filing lead figures !!
Just don't eat them and you'll be fine. :D
I suspect that if you ate a whole lead figure, it would probably pass through (so to speak) before any of the lead was actually absorbed by your body.

Nice alternate figures (and nice paintjobs, too). Even though I like most of the "official" figures for Frostgrave, its still fun to see what other people find.
