I am seeking a 28mm scale Fortress Caronnade similar to the ones pictured below, can anyone recommend some?

I saw some ACW ones on garrison carriages a few years back.

It would be at a UK show, so possibly Dixon, Redoubt, HLBS, Old Glory, Hinchcliffe might be possibles.....

Or it may have been the resin ironclads that used to be available from PMC (now with Caliver)

If I remember where I saw them I'll be lucky.

Napoleonic naval ones would probably be better for 1831 - fortress guns aren't always the most up-to-date cutting edge tech.

Hinchcliffe used to do some, but otherwise someone like Brittania perhaps:

or Empress do one (with a Maori crew, but if you email Paul he might be able to do the gun on its own. He's a member here so you could PM him)

I've seen both Brittania and Empress at shows and they look ok. I've got Empress naval figures and they paint up nicely.

Shipka are you sure there were such cannons in defence of Warsaw in 1831 ?

Most intensive fights - where the lines were breached by Russians was makeshift fortification (Dzieło 56 - Work 56/Redoubt 56) and was served by artillery on field mounts (like on most famous painting of Death of gen Sowiński
(http://dziennikipowstania.pl/wp-content/uploads/2013/07/SowinskiKoniecPL.jpg)

(by accident Redoubt is around 800 meters from my flat)

Ive never been to church visible on the picture - which is still standing but i read somewhere that it has some cannon barrels inside.
