Here is an illustration which I am desperate to find a proxy figure for, 1831 Warsaw National Artillery

Depending on how picky you are maybe a Warlord Prussian Landwehr body in Litewka with French Guard Bearskin Head. Need to work up some Epaulettes and the Trousers are probably too baggy but the long coat & Bearskin would be the key aspects.
