Eureka have something similar in their 7yw range. Depends if they fit what you need

You might also be able to use the bodies of the Perry plastic dismounted dragoons with heads from their hussars.

Very different uniform dragoons and hussars, I'm thinking it would need to be a conversion, would be interesting to see, maybe start with Perry plastic British Riflemen, or if you have a box of plastic Hussars, you could use hussar heads, and upper torso and legs of suitable infantry.

Perry Hussars (French) set has mentyks (caps) and szabletas (bags) as a separate parts (bag with sabre) and have heads both in shakos (ear;y and late) andbear caps
So you would have to sculpt only details on dolman jackets

Dragoons are bad start due to larger heavy cavalry boots that Hussards lacked.
