Title: First Attempt at Scratch building
Post by: pops on 23 March 2016, 01:58:06 PM
I have been trying to find a 28mm printing press for my town.  Found one but when all was said and done it was going to cost me 30.00 USD plus for the item and shipping.  So last night to the best of my limited abilities I built one - and I think it is actually sort of in scale!  Used left over foam from a Plast Craft kit, a couple nails and match sticks.

Check it out:

Oh yes that certainly looks in scale and looks like what it is supposed to be. 8) 8) 8)

I find the OW/PA style very forgiving on terrain building, a little roughness fits the theme perfectly and nothing has to be perfectly square :)

Good idea starting small too. ;) I wish you well on your next project.

Cheers
Matt

Thanks guys.  It's not great but will do.  Honestly not much effort went into it, I could do better.....  :)
