Oh my. Crisp yellow vs angry fungus. How to decide?

Question about detail:
what is that elongated ... thingy on that fungus bases? Spices? Moss? ... stuff??  :?
Like to know, please.

Drachenklinge ,  thats are small parts of moss .
You can find it in every woodland.
