Title: Flayed Skin Shoulderpads?

Pulling my hair out here guys. I'm looking for flayed skin shoulderpads for some 30k Night Lords but I can't find them for love nor money.

Anyone got any ideas?

I find hamster skin pretty easy to work with.

I'd figure any good war gamer slices his fingertips off often enough with a hobby knife. They are already shoulder pad shaped and sized to boot!

I swear to god, guys, I will make a miniature from actual leather and skin now...

Where can I buy it from?

Also, has anyone else seen the tyranid biotitan made from bone?

Just when I thought this thread couldn't get less in appropriate before dinner...

Have you thought about wings? These are probably too large, and at $12.99, a bit dear, but might give you the idea to look for bat or similar wings, curled inward.

There's quite a lot of bat themes going on with the bits I already have so I was hoping to diversify.

That looks really good, although I think a good chunk of it might just be down to his painting skill.

Its super easy to do according to that tutorial, so no point in not trying at least. I think I'm going to.

Well, there are many microwaves in public places, like your hotel, for instance. I'm sure they'd have NO problem with your attempting this. What could possibly go wrong?
