They had a whole stack in the Works on Princes St in Edinburgh a couple of months ago, including some very expensive looking cars (can't remember what model they were). I was very tempted to get them just to paint them up as post apoc wrecks >:D

However, I refrained and just picked up a couple of Range Rovers and some other normal town car instead.

If you do plan to take them apart, be aware that they are attached with 1.5mm triangular torq screws.

They're some old d'Agostini line, so it may be possible to track them down via that route. However, The Works is one of the places where old stock goes to die, so they're probably long out of prodution.

Coincidentally The Works and Poundland are a few doors from each other in Glasgow, the places where 1/43rd cars go to die. :)

I checked out the Glasgow one too, eugh, they were thrown into a bargain bin. At least the 1/72 stuff had their own section. Tah for the heads up, but there's not enough angles on those things for my tastes (from the guy who bought up all of Poundland's stock of old Landrovers years ago).
