Title: Cambodian Terrain

Spotted these on Reddit. Considering how obscure Asian terrain is, figured you guys might like it. lol

These are both apparently inspired by Ta Prohm Cambodian temples.

Indeed. These look interesting but the dimensions do not match 28mm miniatures. Alas. ;-)

I'd drop him a message and see if he can rescale them. I doubt he has a 3D printer big enough, though. Maybe in pieces?

I'm no expert on this, but I think fishtank ornaments are your best resource for Cambodjan terrain:

Indeed. The Europet Bernina one i have and thinking  about getting one of the Blue ribbon range. These fishtank deco's are generaly better suited for 28mm miniatures although scales vary. ;-)

I'm using a couple of aquarium pieces in a pulp 28mm game next weekend, including one pictured above. However, I'm curious about the 4 faces on several temple models that I've seen. Is there an actual temple with 4 faces somewhere in the world? If so, what's the name?

Edit: Found the answer to my own question. It's Prasat Bayon, the state temple built during the reign of Khmer monarch Jayavarman VII at his capital Angkor Thom in the late 12th or early 13th Century. There are over 200 faces in that temple complex, and many towers have two or three or four faces on them. One can read about them here:

That actually appears to be the Europet Bernina one, but based, flocked and repainted.
