Here's a couple of ships in progress. 28 mm ACW. Paddleboat is near complete. Near gun is an Old Glory 11 inch (?). 100 lbr Parrott is scratch.
Second ship is based on USS Chimo. Both about 20 inches.
Like most of my projects once the initial build is complete, there is a long pause until they get painted. Regards, Rob.

I think the wood is Poplar. Available in Canada from Home Depot.
Not sure the purpose of these ships. I am toying with a Fort Fisher style amphibious landing. need some gun-boat support. Regards, Rob.
