There's an alternate head sprue for the ninja too which I will get pics of in the next couple of days too.

Anyone ever notice that the quality of Ninja drops exponentially in proportion to their quantity? Shinobi kicks ass fighting all his enemies single handed, yet the Hand can't even beat Daredevil when they attack him by the hundreds. Four Ninja Turtles are easily able to defeat hundreds of Foot Clan Ninja while the Foot Clan has never had a single success. American Ninja beats the entire Black Star Ninja Clan and he didn't even know he was a Ninja. There's a lesson to be learned here, if ever you need to hire Ninja, it's quality not quantity you need.
Nice miniatures by the way, I think I'll buy a few.

Tomcat51, that's the Law of Conservation of Ninjitsu, and it's a well-known principal.
We need a ruleset that reflects this - the point cost to add a veritable horde of ninjas to your team is actually less than the cost to add a single ninja, but that single ninja is far more lethal than the horde even when they swarm your opponents. (In fact, swarms of weak-sauce ninjas actually act as ablative armor for your opponents, protecting them from your other hitters by generating comical friendly-fire incidents...)

Great for Fistful of Kung Fu !!! :)

Ha, I like that, the Law of Conservation of Ninjitsu! I honestly didn't know it was a thing, but of course it would be, Rule 34 and all that. (or does Rule 34 only relate to porn? I bet there's Ninja porn, would the rule of conservation apply to Ninja porn?) o_o

Fantastic!
The swords look a bit large, but they are fantastic nonetheless.
Count me in for a pack. They're one red belt away from incarnating Joe Armstrong.

PRICELESS:
Conservation of Ninjutsu http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/ConservationOfNinjutsu (http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/ConservationOfNinjutsu)
Law of Inverse Ninjutsu http://uncyclopedia.wikia.com/wiki/Ninja/Laws (http://uncyclopedia.wikia.com/wiki/Ninja/Laws)
Equation
NP=(NT/NN)+NN
NP is the total power of all ninjas, taking into account the Law.
NT is the total power of all ninjas, disregarding the Law.
NN is the total number of ninjas.
If NN=NT, then the effectiveness of ninja squads remains constant.
If NN>NT, then the effectiveness of ninja squads decreases.
If NN<NT, then the effectiveness of ninja squads increases.
NP is always less than NT.
;)
Very Nice minis, BTW! :)
