Anyone know if these rules are still available anywhere? I have tried joining the Yahoo group but requests have timed out without response.
Thanks
edit 14/7....
Thanks to the kind soul who sorted my Yahoo group problem, now have membership.
Seems the rules are totally OOP and the few know stocks were depleted long ago. There is some discussion on a potential pdf option but nothing confirmed yet.

I suspect they are not available. I'd be willing to sell my copy if you want, drop me a pm.

I'd be willing to sell my copy, too.
I was very disappointed in these rules; they seem great, but they are really full of holes and unspecified stuff.
I get the impression they have been played a lot by the author and his gaming buddies, but not blind playtested.
When I asked about areas which were unclear, I got equally unclear responses!
For instance, there are recce units which can conduct reconnaissance.
So an obvious question, which I asked, is 'What is the range of reconnaissance?' (the ground scale of the rules is very big)
The helpful answer was "We usually just wave a hand and say 'recce here'". So I was none the wiser.
There's also very basic stuff such as what happens to zero strength units, how close you can move to enemy units (it's apparently possible to zoom between enemy units at high speed in 'transport' mode without them being able to stop you, for instance. Or maybe it isn't; never got a clear answer).
Lots of nice ideas, badly explained!

I have seen those questions (as you say...without any real answers) around the web forums while trying to source a set of these rules.
I have NQM and Assault Gun (both free to download) and they also have big gaps that need players to work around, or to play only umpired games. I am hoping that between them I can get something that works.
Seems to be an issue with trying to manage the scope of the game and may actually be better as a hex & counter game but those have never appealed to me.
