I recently got this in a batch of secondhand minis.
I have no idea what range/manufacturer it is from, so I have to ask the Hive Mind :)

Pretty sure its a GW squig herder, some of the more creative range of models they made.

Mine too! The Cymbals guy is fantastic. GW sold both models until fairly recently in the collectors range so should be reasonably easy to track down.
