Title: Translation AND identification required

I bought some 54mm cavalry yesterday. They are from a magazine series I think, and are of a cutlas armed man in kurta style tunic, with a feathered slouch hat. This is the underside. Has anyone any idea what it says? I think the cavalry may be Polish?

I believe the text says Marshall of France, King of Naples Joachim Murat. It's been 14 years since I last spoke Russian.
