They look great, a ton better than I could do.
One minor critique...
I would consider painting the some of the rifles (and/or some of the attachments on the rifles) in other colors.

There tends to be a lot of variation among the 'bearded units' even within a small unit.
I suspect you may have kept them black for contrast purposes, I get that. I would have tried to add a bit more variation though. Like you have the one backpack as coyote brown (or whatever).
But again, the painting is phenomenal, they really do look great as is.

Wow...great stuff! I checked out your blog, and the work you do on 20mm figs is equally phenomenal. Is there a secret to your camouflage painting, or is it just a tiny brush and steady a hand? lol

G'day Mike!
Thanks :)
My camo secrets? Hmmm, good quality sable brush with fine point, good lighting, decent reference material, and biggest thing for me is a "Binocular Head Mount Loupe" that I can comfortably wear in addition to my prescription glasses.

Wow, That is amazing work.
I'm constantly impressed with the beautiful work put into the people/infantry figures on this forum.
I can't paint people for squat, so my games are all armor on armor.
