Title: Die Waffenkammer Panther and Churchill
Post by: Agis on 31 July 2016, 03:16:28 PM
I recently gave both tanks a bit of a retouch, since the paint was getting some small "cracks".

Panther G from Waffenkammer (http://www.diewaffenkammer.com/_germany.html), Commander from West Wind

Churchill Mk.VII also Waffenkammer (http://www.diewaffenkammer.com/_great_britain_and_the_commonwealth.html)
The Commander is from Bolt Action, stowage is Chieftain

(BTW - Sooner or later they will go on ebay... so if anybody is interested PM me.)

The Panther is nice, but the Churchill is a real work of art. Nicely done!

As always, amazing work. I wish I could paint in that same style.

Great work love them both
I hear what you are saying about the cracking I tried everything to get my paint to stick to that shiny resin that JTFM (and Gamingmodels) uses - then I discovered Plastikote plastic primer works a treat then I use my normal pain process on top of it.

Stunning, breathtaking, can't say anything more.

Sorry, I honestly don't know anymore, normally I use Battlefront FoW primer on WW II armour.
