So, I just recently finished up my first miniature for the Warhammer Quest: Silver Tower game and I thought that I would keep painting all of the miniatures before I start playing the game in earnest. So this thread is then a small showcase of my decending madness as I start exploring the Silver Tower of Tzeentch!

Nice start. I don't really care for the stormcasts, but it's a nice paintjob. Looking forward to see these, as there's lots of cool miniatures in that box.

Looks like a great start! :)
...Weren't you tempted to try a more flagstone/paved base though?

Cheers Kaiser! I didn't care much for them either in the beginning but they've started to grow on me. So much so that I've picked up a couple for AOS gaming; it's really nice to just have some big chuncks of armour to paint every now and again :)
Major_Gilbear: Yes, I did consider it - but I'm most likely going to use them for AOS skirmish gaming as well, and then the flagstone bases would just look too much out of place for my taste :)

The same happened to me - I got the starter set and they seem to be fun to paint - like your paint job, by the way 8) 8)

Looks great I do like the models I think with AoS there is the is the style of all the old stuff at the forefront of peoples minds. If it had been called something else by another company it would of just been wow what amazing figures.
