Title: The Gold of White Church District
Post by: Daysman on 03 August 2016, 09:54:21 AM
Hi,
I wanted a good reason to buy the Hasslefree succubus  ;)  so I wrote this scenario.
I haven’t tried it yet. What do you think of it ?

The Gold of White Church District

After the conclusion of contracts, some aristocrats and rich traders of Feldstad used to have good time in the famous hot district, called “White Church”. They paid with gold to enjoy the local services.

The rumors say that the Great Storm had buried a large amount of this gold. But they also say that the minds of the girls working there have been re-incarnated in the body of succubus demons….

Set up
-   Place scenery as standard rules (with a church or a chapel, if possible)
-   Each player place 3 tokens as standard rules
-   Place near the table a stack of 3 cards per player. The stack is composed with one third of red cards and two thirds of black cards.
Examples:
For two players : stack of 6 cards = 2 reds + 4 blacks
For four players : stack of 12 cards = 4 reds + 8 blacks.

Special rules

When a figure (not a creature) touches a token, draw a card and keep it near his deployment zone.
-   If black, consider the token as a treasure and use the standard rules (pick-up,…)
-   If red, place a succubus at 2” in line of sight from the token. Then, roll a D20 with a minimum of ten. The result is the bewitchment of this succubus.

Succubus are played as standard creatures but with the “bewitchment” rule :

M 7 / F +0 / S +0 / A 10 / W +3 / H 10
Note : Demon, bewitchment

If a figure wants to attack a succubus (shoot or fight), he must first make a Will roll greater or equal to the bewitchment of this succubus.
-   If success, he can make all attacks to this succubus for the rest of the game as standard rules.
-   If failed, he is bewitched by this succubus. He doesn’t make his attack. Instead, if not in contact, he makes a complete movement in the direction of the succubus through the shortest way. For this movement, you must take account of standard rules : treasure carried, wounds, terrain,…

During his next activation, the figure can try another attack (with a will roll first) to be delivered from the “bewitchment”. If not, he makes a bewitched movement in her direction, even if she is out of sight. The succubus must be still alive.

Treasures and experience
Treasures and experience are calculated as standard rules but with these complements :
-   100 gold crown per treasure taken off the table by the warband
-   30 experience points per revealed token (drawn card)
-   60 experience points per killed succub.

Make the Succubus only effected by magic weapons and give her a +6 fight vs any bewitched opponent.
