I've REVISED the INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & HANDLING charges to reflect the weight issue on all my auctions:

International S&H charge as been reduced to $15.00 USD as long as the items don't weigh more than 4 pounds. This should only apply if multiple winning auctions are being combined, then I'll have to send separate parcels at $15.00 USD per parcel.
