But i don't know wich color to use for the shirts !?
For the light shirt i think about "Moss" from Foundry , but the darkest !?
If you have some idea !?

The lightest shade of 'Moss', highlighted with a Moss/Rotten Flesh mix?

In fact i think the Moss B & C could be used for the dark and light shirt !
I will try ...

Any colour you chose which is vaguely close is going to be OK. They didn't have modern dyes back then with fixed colours and the Tereks would have used all sorts of sources.
Chuck in some really faded ones. Add a guy or two in dark shirts from other sources. You really can't go wrong.

OK Mark ;)

I use the Rotting Flesh triad from Reaper for my Russian uniforms. As Mark mentioned, you really can't go wrong so long as you're vaguely in the greenish drab range.
