Less than 2 months from now, it's Crisis again. This year's team is the 950th aniversary of the battle of Hastings.
As always for the free figure (for the first 1500 through the door) has a Belgian/Flemish link. We found this in the person of queen Maud, wife of William the Conquerer (or the bastard if you prefer) Anyway Mss Bastard was born as Matilde of Flanders, daughter of the earl of Flanders hence the large contingent of Flemish soldiers who joined William in his excursion accross the channel.
Crisis is at the well known location at the riverside in a historic (and unique) warehouse that houses some 120 traders and more than 60 games from an international pedigree.Doors open at 10.00 till 17.00, ticket to get in 12 euro (or 20 euro if you also prefer some drink and/or food tickets as well) Everyone receives a goodie bag, do not forget to check for a golden ticket from KR which entitles you to a free case. Many of the traders have sponsored so everybody gets something.
Date : Saturday 5 november

Tracy, Andy's better half, plays SAGA Normans and likes to have women 'Warlords'. Painted up it'll make the perfect Crimbo pressie :)

Excellent figure! Really looking forward to the show.

Had a lovely day, despite being just a little too tired. How did you like it?
-
We had a great time, they did a great job again this year. Huge day, super exhausted and a little disappointed with some missing orders, but otherwise a great time!
-
Great show and thank you for the very friendly welcome from TSA!
-
Had a great day, I was stunned at how big it was. Thanks to the TSA for organising a fantastic day out.
-
We really need a "I survived Crisis" T-shirt. I'm a dead man walking, my feet are killing me lol
-
I went in at 10, and got out by 1 pm.
Had a great haul:

Felt very crowded this time, Much bigger turn-up???
-
Another fantastic Crisis! Thanks TSOA.
Had a great time although i did not buy much this year. I think i was a little over-awed from the size of the show and the choice on offer.
Cheers

Thoroughly enjoyed my first Crisis, managed to get a Sharp Practice 2 game with Rich Clarke and found a superb manufacturer new to me:

Only problem was I was so knackered when I got back to the hotel that I had a lie down, overslept and missed the after show party!
Still enjoying Antwerpen, even in the rain.

Very good show indeed Thank you TSOA! Report here: https://wargamesgazette.com/2016/11/07/crisis-2016-convention-report/

Brilliant show and my first ever Crisis (and Belgian trip).
I was as impressed as you LT by Elladan and was my first port of call.
Some wonderful games, great atmosphere and catering.
Its a shame its such a trip from Wales.

Brilliant show as always and serious thanks to TSoA for all their hard work (apart from the stinking cold they've given me!)

Agreed!
I always try to get in as soon as possible and most of the times only leave when the crew starts the clean-up. While very exhaustive, the day still seems to be too short...
The day after is mostly lying flat and opening all the new stuff I got (Santa coming a bit earlier :D )
