Title: The Assualt Group Order

Hi

Does anyone know if there is a problem with orders at The Assault Group. I placed an order on the 12/08/16. I received the confirmation email from PayPal, but I have not received any further updates. I have tried to email them and have contacted them via their website. I haven't had any responses from either source . I haven't had any issues with in the past either fulfilling orders or getting replies

I think they changed their website, maybe the email changed? Contact them via PayPal, there should be an email

I've ordered twice from them recently, no problem. On both occasions it took about four weeks for delivery in the UK, including time for second class post delivery, which can be almost seven days.

I contacted them via Facebook. They responded within the hour.

Thank Svennn. The order arrived Thursday safe and sound. With the inclusion of a bonus gift. I can't fault the service from TAG.
