Title: CONGO: a couple of clarifications

I've read through the rule book now. Two things I'm missing. Perhaps some of you can point it out to me?

1. It makes mention of the player with the least amount of character stars getting bonus Totem cards? Where does it specify the details, like how many?

2. Can Auxiliaries be selected for standard casualty removal? l know Characters can, but can't find an actual statement saying one can or can't with Auxiliary models.

1)  Page 65, Travel Diary, 4th bullet point.

The column with the lowest value (of stars) draws a Totem card for each star of difference.

2) Page 34, Casualty removal, 4th paragraph.

the owner of the target group is free to choose which miniature(s) to remove
