Title: Creature in Captain Nemo & Crew EOTD set?

     I am wondering if anyone here may know what the creature in Captain Nemo & Crew EOTD set is?  I do not have the rules.

 He is an Atlantean...This is from Requiem the EotD supplement:

"Since the city of Atlantis was lost to the world,
its inhabitants have evolved into a hybrid of
man and fish. Able to breathe underwater
and on land the pressure at the bottom of the
ocean has led them to develop great strength
and fortitude. They are though less agile than
normal men and their webbed hands prevent
them from using missile weapons."
Atlanteans may only use hand weapons from
the Gentlemen's Club weapon list.
