Hi,
I have the possibility to buy a Dragon Rage board game, apparently it's a really good game, but I don't know much about hexes board games, I always have been a minis gamer...
But I like the idea of playing this kind of map games, as a side project, a bit of "fresh air" especially when I do commission modelling all day long during weeks, I don't necessary want to paint or set up a gaming board on the evening/night.
So I'm asking for your opinion on the game ;)
edit : I forgot an important point : how is the solitaire playbility of this game ?
many thanks

That name brings back a few memories. Played it at my old rpg club a few times.
From memory it has no single player mode, all about 2 Dragons trying to smash enough buildings in a town before they get beaten down.
Lots of trying to damage the wings, then the legs to stop them moving before killing them as the crawl away. From memory the Dragons don't attack the defenders, just the buildings. Defenders get re-inforcements during the game so Dragon player has to spend time attacking the buildings to score rather than evading defenders before he gets swamped.
Game is very similar to Ogre in that it is all about masses of weak units trying to cause incremental damage on bigger more powerful ones.

thank you Rob,
I just discovered that the game is not a solitaire game, so no matter how good is the game, it's not for me finally ;)
thanks
