Hi,
Are we allowed to change the type of base after we have established one. I can't find anything explicit on this in the rules, but how do people play this in their campaigns.
Looking at the advantages of different types of bases it would seem that some give immediate early gains while others are a longer term investment.

As far as I understand it can be done, but it requires you to start over and build a new base. For example, you leave the inn (with all possible upgrades) and move to the nice and cozy crypt.
