Has anyone tried that UV glue yet? If so what are your thoughts.
Thanks

I've seen it advertised on e-bay, and would also like to know if anyone has used it.

It looks good.

Depends which type you're after. There are several different viscosities. We use it at work quite often to get seamless joints between polished acrylic.

It cleans up quite easily with meths but it's best to mask around the area that your going to apply it to (needless to say it's best to wear UV glasses/goggles when using it often).

What sort of application are you looking for?

cheers

I'd seen it on tv too ,and was wondering how good it would be for gluing multi part plastic or metal figures. Also i was wondering how good it would be for sticking figures to clear bases, would you get any clouding ?
cheers

There's no clouding whatsoever but it won't be any good for solid elements as the UV won't ornate at the plastic or lead.

It will work for clear bases though. I would suggest you hold the figure upside down and flash it from the bottom of the base to allow the UV rays to reach the glue.
