Hello,

we are about to start a new project with Pulp Alley in a "not so serius" 40k Universe... Mainly without the whole skulls and grim darkness. ^^

Miniatures and terrain inc. :)

Very nice start. :-) I currently paint their predecessors in my Classic Space Hulk blog. They came a long way since 1989.

What a great start! They have come up very nicely. Very much looking forward to this as I've got genestealer cults in the painting queue for Pulp Alley too! I'll be really interested to see what your league ends up looking like.

Excellent paint job - purple is so the right colour  :)

Look out for this months White Dwarf - its a special on the club and excellent reading for the background and worlds - hardly a skull in sight either.

This looks awesome!  I haven't picked up a 40k figure in 20 years but I really want to get Deathwatch Overkill and do something with it.  I'll be watching this one!

I painted a Genestealer Cult for play with Pulp Alley too (and yet used it).
However my miniatures were oldhammer and with a old skool paint scheme ;)

GW has some pretty hit and miss models of late but these I really like.
Great work on both the new and onld models.

Also is it just me, or does that first priest seem ready to sing 'firestarter'?

Fantastically bright and clean paint on all of these... and the blends are proper smooth :) ... gorgeous.

Those Genestealer cult miniatures just keep looking better and better to me... Hmmm... and people painting them as well as this ISN'T HELPING!!!! ;) :D

Just wonderful paintjobs. The Leman Russ is gorgeous and the Sisters of Battle are so crisp! I love them. Especially the way you've done what I did and gave them natural hair colours for the most part. Top-hole old fellow!
