When an old gaming friend visited last weekend we had an urge to do some sci-fi skirmishing.
We were in the mood to try something new, so we played Void Pirates, essentially a tripped down version of the Goalsystem game Blasters and Bulkheads. Although I had played other Supersystem titles a handful of times over a decade ago, it was a distant memory, so we were both going into it pretty new.

We used a scenario from Blasters and Bulkheads (The Courier) as we were more interested in playing something a little more narrative than lining up and shooting each other. The scenarios and the various sub-plots have long been a very strong element of the various Goalsystem games, so I was determined to use them.

There is a full report over on my blog (https://sho3box.com/2016/10/18/void-pirates-the-courier/) that has a few more photos etc, for anyone interested in a look.
The game was a lot of laughs. So much fun that I immediately dug out three more models to add to the astro-treeman and armed anthropomorphic arboreal in the game above.
Zero prize for guessing what the three are though :)
