Yep, I need these please...
-
Getting very close to a Kickstarter. Glad you like them.
-
Two great sets Joshua.Love the little guys with the drum.
Do you have names for each faction then?
-
Andy, the green guys are the Powrie. The lil' barbarian gnomes are the Gnorn.
-
The Powrie are ace :-*
How long does it take until I can get some?
-
They look really good!! :)
-
Thanks! They were painted by Rob Wheeler of Pennyfew Painting. Sculpts by Paul Muller. I should have included this with the pics. :?
-
I remember seeing the first Gnorn and the extra additions are great. These and the Powrie should prove popular.
-
Oooh, awesome sculpts!
-
Very nice.
-
been looking forward to this KS for ages.
Unfortunately I probably wont be able to afford to back it under the circumstances (e.g. state of GBP) anymore, I wish it well, hopefully they will all prove really popular and someone in the UK will look at stocking them... I can hope.
-
Glad you like them. Sorry about the pound taking a beating. Seems the whole world is circling the toilet bowl, dunnit?
I wonder if there is a way to reduce costs for my fellow miniature addicts across the pond?
-
It's usually the shipping is the problem -- not only is it expensive to ship things, but also if it's over 15 quid there's a risk that you get charged import duty. On the package AND the shipping value... and then in order to charge you that they make you have to go pick the parcel up from a collection place which is (of course) open for just ten minutes in the middle of work days...
-
Those are neat

When do you anticipate the kickstarter date?
-
Great painting. Especially like the green ones!
-
When do you anticipate the kickstarter date?
I don't have the date yet, but I can say I'm hoping for November. It is now Excel spreadsheets, unit costs, profit margins, Kickstarter fees, bases and baggy costs, sculpting costs, and more, fed into the brain, and the vain hope enough people like them to be funded.
At least the masters are done, and it should just be getting the production molds done and spun to get the models out to people.
-
Those Powrie are just ace! 8)
I have no immediate use for them, but I might just find one to justify getting me a couple... :D

That's exactly my feelings, too!
What size bases are those figures on?

Thanks guys! They are on 25mm round bases. I know some people like the Warmachine 30mm lipped ones, but I like these best. There are some scale pictures on the Cauldron Born Miniatures Facebook page, and pics of the greens as well.
Cheers!
-
Thanks. Just looked up the FB page -- great stuff!!
-
Excellent minis!

-
They look better with paint on Joshua.Very nice additions to the first pieces.
-
Great looking selection of figures. Really like the style of the Powrie models.
Add my mark to the call for a European distributor. Shipping and Tax costs make buying from USA too expensive now.
-
Any word on the Kickstarter...? Those Powrie are so good... ;D
-
Waiting on the painter, sadly. We want everything painted for this.
-
Exactly the right kind of ugly. lol
100% up my alley. How much are you looking for per set and what's gonna be your Kickstarter finish to delivery time window?
-
I don't have the numbers for the Powrie yet, sorry. The window will be a fast turnaround on everything as all of the moulding has been done. :)
-
Looking forward to it Joshua.
-
True agony waiting on my end, but the masters are beautiful. I think people will like the models.
-
Like me you have had them sitting way too long ;).

The miniatures, brushwork, & bases are all WONDERFULLY WELL DONE!

All credit goes to Rob Wheeler of Pennyfew Painting. In my enthusiasm I should continue crediting him for that, and Paul Muller for the sculpts. Thanks DeafNala, I like that you like them.
-
They look great.Love the skin colour on them. How many of these do you have done now in total including the original one's?
-
14 I think! I have to look at the spreadsheet later to remember them all!
