After a spell painting fantasy figures I'm back painting sci-fi. Following on from an earlier project http://leadadventureforum.com/index.php?topic=78303.msg958305#msg958305 (http://leadadventureforum.com/index.php?topic=78303.msg958305#msg958305) painting up 25mm GZG units as proxies for Star Wars Miniatures Battles it is time for the real deal - Grenadier's own Star Wars minis (plus all the cool kids have a Star Wars project ;) )
Sculpted by Julie Guthrie and Bob Charrette these are classic old school 25mm minis - more pics on the blog: http://www.posullivandesign.com
thanks for looking!

Michael.

Fantastic! :-*
I remember seeing some of these sets in Virgin Megastore back when I was a teen.
-
Looking good there mate.
-
Excellent work. Those old 25's have really held up quite well.
-
thanks for the compliments guys,
Well the Stormtroopers needed some action so I dug out my copy of Star Wars Miniatures Battles (SWMB). I forgot how much I enjoyed playing this back when it first came out and I’m delighted that it holds up 25 years later. Had a great game here are a few pics...

-
Cheers Huesped, I have a bunch of Rebel Troopers on the painting desk but it will be awhile before they're table ready, in the meantime these GZG 25mm make ideal alternatives
-
indeed!!i have several GZG for local militias, corporate sector forces and the like. good choice! ;)
-

Hi all,

More pics on the blog, cheers and thanks of the kind comments
-
really beautifull pallette. really sounds Endor to me ;)
-
Beautifully painted. The in-game photos are terrific. It's always nice to see WEG Star Wars miniatures get some love.
-
Great paint Job Psullie :-* , very nice to see what you are doing here!! ;)
-
Back with the imperials for a bit, first up some GI Joes and a perhaps the greatest understated villain of all time...
More on the blog, cheers and thanks for the comments everyone.

:-*Great Job on them Psullie!! and nice to see your forces arew growing in number! please keep posting more material! ;)
-
One thing about the empire, there sure are a lot of them...
yet more, this time it's the Navy!
Cheers!
-
Nice Imperial Navy forces psullie!! great paint job again!!! we must bring peace and justice to the galaxy man :D!!!!
-
Space troopers! a greater challenge to paint than regular Stormtroopers, went for off-white with pale grey shadows hoping that they'll 'look' right... happy with the result.
-
Zero-G Troopers! Awesome! These turned out really great. It's always nice to see some WEG love around here.
-
Very nice. Just not a fan of solid bases on slottas. Cut em off like me! ;)
-
Cheers guys
Com. Vyper these guys didn't come with bases or tabs - I added the circular base to match the rest of the range and my own basing preference for pre-slotta sci-fi
-
High speed action....
Next lot of Imperials (and last for now) is a lance speeder bikes! PITA to assemble and dodgy design choices on the riders aside these are fun and can't wait to get them on table..
Cheers for looking - next up Scum and Villainy
-
Very Cool psullie!! I'm waiting anxious for your next work on the Scum and villany..... :P,
-
The speeder bikes are fantastic! Really nice work, and they've come out with the right attitude.
best regards
Aris K.
-
cheers guys
First up of my Scum & Villainy - Orcs in Spaaaaaaace!
Gamorrean guards, proof that someone at Lucasfilm was a warhammer fan! Fun to paint and scratched that itch to paint some fantasy figures.
-
Great work mate!! keep posting!!
-
Great paint job on these guys. And most impressive, they still have the ax head intact! Those things broke off so often it's amazing to find more then one in good shape.
-
hello all
slow progress on my Scum faction, but progress nonetheless. Boushh, Zardra & Boba Fett
More pics as usual on the blog
cheers!
-
If you want a relatively easy "custom" mini that you could use, get one of the ball tipped hat pins and attach it to a base after clipping the tip and glue the pin end down. With a tiny bit of paint, you have a workable Remote...
-
Nice Job Psullie :-*, I like to see how your factions are growing, I have a lot of those Scum pending to paint...but first I want to finish my Rogue 1 miniatures project....thanks for sharing, please keep posting !!! ;)
-
cheers Orc!
more Scum! Zuckuss, Bossk and his little known twin brother Bissk ;)
as usual more pic's on the blog
cheers
-
yet more scum & villainy... Greedo & IG88

-
Great psullie!!!... waiting to see your next battle report using your scum & villainy forces.... happy holidays!!!!!

The magnificent slime-ball Jabba the Hutt. I think they could have done so much more with this sculpt when you consider how awesome some of the other models were. Fun to paint, I just need a sail barge to haul him about :D
cheers and thanks for looking, more pics on the blog.
