Title: 28mm black african heads anywhere?
Post by: traveller on October 30, 2016, 08:57:50 AM: I need a fair quantity of bareheaded or M1 helmet black african heads for my Congo Crisis project. Anyone know if such are available? Maybe is some Vietnam range? Grateful for any suggestions!

I saw that one but £28 to get just the heads is a bit steep. A pity they do not sell the heads separately :(

Post by: Ogrob on October 30, 2016, 09:35:35 AM: I used Warlord's married Zulu warriors for a Frostgrave warband. There is a huge amount of rather nice heads in one box, though they are not entirely bare head since they have the headbands.

They would pass for anybody with two eyes and a mouth. For that matter, if you take the Caucasian nose 'point' off most heads, you will probably have a more realistic 'African' face than most sculptors could produce.

That would be great! If that is possible I would prefer the Gendarmerie beret and Gendarmerie "cowboy hat" + the police cap ;D ;D ;D
