Note I had to remove the base form the Redoubt figure in order to make the scale work they are on the big size.

Very interesting. If my memory serves me i believe that the Redoubt 3 Musketeers range was one which was commissioned by a customer. He wanted the new figures to match some existing figures he had - Continental figures which were bigger than 28mm. Therefore when the 3 Musketeers range was brought out Redoubt made it clear that it was not a 28mm range and that the figures were bigger. I guess over the years 28mm figures have grown and the 3 Musketeers range can now be used with some of the bigger 28mm figures.
