Called the store manager and said 'take a look.' As he toddled off, I heard 'Oh, my....'
Thanks!

The retail pledge is awesome, I wish I qualified for it.

About time.

OGRE's never had a strong aesthetic component to me...these look a bit crap, if I'm honest. I think it's a good thing though to put out actual pieces for such a popular game.
-
I thought that one of the stretch goals of their last ks was to bring the miniatures back into production.
-
that is awesome, but looking at the figs I suspect I can make and print my own versions verily easily.
And probably less sloppy, my thoughts exactly.
Nothing to subtract to the design itself, but the modelling itself seems quite... lazy.

I thought that one of the stretch goals of their last ks was to bring the miniatures back into production.
It was, and that was done. The catch was that they never promised to keep them in production, and they dropped right back off the market in fairly short order.
-
They had troubles with contracted casting and other issues that made the effort very short lived, though I did pick up some stuff I had been missing.
Of course, I've since sold off the massive collection of OGRE metals I had...

I have this much in the old metal version but I would love to get enough to play GEV in miniature so going to call my buddy who has the Game store and get him to buy in. :-*
