My Spanish Soldiers of Fortune defended a town block house against Puritan and Pirate raiders in last Thursday. We used the En Garde! rules

In the rain only those in the block house can use their match locks.

Puritans attempt to storm the outer wall of the block house

Interesting battle.
May I ask what is the average size of a war band?

We did about 250 points(I think they ranged form 251 to 253 actually). I(Spanish) did an elite band with 9 figures, The pirates were the same points and size.
Dave's Puritans were a standard war band with 18 figures.
