It was photobucket, while you were doing that,I was cursing! And trying to get it right.
-
Wonderful stuff, mate.
:-* :-*
Really glad to see you posting again, even if you do shame me by posting those Orcs.... ::)
;)
-
Beautiful work but... you bugger! You came up with the exact same idea as I've been thinking of for Phantom Ace lol
(actually, to tell the truth, the reason I've yet to paint him up is because I've never actually decided if he will be my Lobster Johnson or something else... perhaps he will remain Phantom Ace for me after all!)
Lovely shading, I must say.
-
Really digging those, especially the Pulp stuff.
-
Cheers fellas!
Fram lol
Paul, heh, heh; bought 84 of 'em from Viking Forge...
-
nice work indeed :-*
-
Looking good indeed. I really like your take on the pulp alley figures.

Well, they are rather good.
I still have mine and will get around to them one day.
They are too good not to and seeing yours may well make me get back to them.
:)
-
Very nice - especially Phantom Ace 8) 8) 8)
Good to have you back :D
-
Nice to see you back too!
Must finish painting Phantom Ace and the other PA figures I've got. Heck, must get back to painting, full stop, as I've been on a serious terrain kick the last several months...
What is the emblem on Phantom Ace's chest intended to be? I can't quite make it out - a skull?

Mr Wolf has painted him as Lobster Johnson....

-
For me Phantom Ace has always been a "not" Lobster Johnson.
Great work on these minis
-
On thinking about it a bit, I figure the biggest reason I haven't already done him up as one is that he's a matched set with Pulp Girl, and breaking that up feels wrong.

Very, very cool and beautifully painted. You make it look so right the way you weather (both faded colours and wear and tear).
-
Gritty! :-*

Superb :-*

Whatever the heart desires.
He is right, ya know.
Well, that is my approach these days anyway.
And it works for me.
:D

One thing at a time, that was my undoing. lol
Superb bird mate, blooming lovely.

Asgard Orcs, eventually for my Basic Impetus as stand ins for Goths of some sort, trying to paint these quickly...
And some Redbox Games miniatures, also for Basic Impetus, and quick paint jobs; Vikings and 15th century respectively...

And one of my 1/1 scale models which take up a fair bit of my time(mines the middle BRG one).

Nice painting and cute car.
-
Superb Guy. The orcs are a wonderfully ugly motley crew.
Nice motor too. A real classic :-*
-
Wonderful work, mate.
I love those Orksies!

Nice motor too.
Classy.

Cheers fellas! Yeah my bangers sometimes get more love than my minis...And I am a stereotype, flat cap, drivers gloves,et cetera...
More to come; I bought a whole heap of Bad Squidoo miniatures mounted Hearthguard,so expect a lot of those, they again will be for Impetus, whilst skirmish gaming is more my thing my local club has an antipathy about such games so I am sneaking in figures that have historical context to a certain degree, painting what I want. For instance my 15th century army is heavily influenced by the film Excalibur, photos did exist on the forum :( ,still on my blog thank heavens.
Anyway.

Lovely orcses Guy, so filled with character. I keep finding little details that need repainting as I did 10 of mine. I still have 20 or so from those baggies we found at MOAB too.
I may need to get into them this ORCtober.
Cheers
