Had the opportunity for a game between Xmas and New Year so gave the cowboy game a run out with a bunch of new guys ... who really enjoyed it... more games to come.

It looks as good as always :) You really improve on the MDF builds, they look much more believable.
Can you remember where the spare horses came from, I was thinking about buying the Perry Cavalry set to use some of the horses as cost effective spares but don't know if they would be suitable?
Do you put on a game at York at all, I shall be going there this year I hope and would like to see your set up in the flesh - so to speak.
Take Care

Hi ..thanks . The spare horses are from knuckleduster , they were available from Caliver in the U.K. If I remember.
I am visiting York this year .. but not putting on a game .. so if you want to catch-up PM me

Great looking town! The signage, framed buildings and the camp on the fringe really bring it to life.

That is a mightily impressive set up.

Very nice :-* What rules did you use?

Beautiful set up! What buildings did you use? Is that a Eric Hotz play mat? Thanks for posting.

Thanks. The buildings are a real mix. Most were done before the real boom in MDF buildings .Some are scratchbuilt , some old Hoveks resin ones, the MDF are Gamecraft http://gcmini.mybigcommerce.com/28mm-wild-west-series/ (http://gcmini.mybigcommerce.com/28mm-wild-west-series/)from the US , some Products for Wargamers basic shells with different signs etc, some Sarriss ones .

They are a home brew set that is a mix of the Rules With No Name , a set called Dusty Trails and some bits designed by myself .
