Happy new year.
I finished my Relics starter army last week. The Britanan puppet army.
This is afunny little game and the minis are rather different and mostly
as cute as they are scary :D
I tried to paint on some kind of fabric texture but on the table you see nothing of that effort.

Very nice - I like their character and your painting has brought this out wonderfully.
-
Very nicely done, inspiring enough, that I only just managed to stop myself searching them to buy more figures, that I really don't need.
-
Lovely work. Still need to paint mine.
-
They are cute Little Suckers, AND BEAUTIFULLY painted & based. VERY WELL DONE!
...inspiring enough, that I only just managed to stop myself searching them to buy more figures, that I really don't need.
...that make two of us.

For all its weirdness this is rather likeable. :D
-
Never seen this before, very strange but very interesting too!! :)

The miniatures have been around (see "Related Topics" below). Be warned - it'll be more time spent on this forum :D

Lovely work on the King's troopers Geki.
-
Thanks guys.
The Kings troops will get support by some rangers and a hunting pack soon.
They all sit on my painting table right now. Im not quiet shure how to paint the rangers. But I think I will probably use a colour palett which fits Simcoes Rangers.
After that just one puppeteer will bei needed to complete my army.
Cheers

No Grenadiers or cavalry?
-
The Grenadiers are cool but I stick with the Highlanders instead they are more reliable.
Cavalry is also nice but I want to go for a foot army with a Puppeteer to stich them back together in the end.
Maybe some day I will get my hands on some Heavy Dragoons because they look super cool.
cheers

These look great - and it's lovely to see some Relics here on LAF!
I have a pile of Vaettir in a pile of unpainted shame that I really hope to visit this year, and seeing your work has made me consider bring that project forwards. B)

They look fantastic!

Thanks!
And here I present you the mighty dogs of war :D

The last of the units:
Britanan Rangers. I painted them like Simcoes Rangers in green to stand out a bit.

Nice painting, some of that detail has been nicely picked out. And the ground cover is very good too.
