Title: First Congo Games stress question

Played first games of Congo.  I'm really loving it.  Have a question about stress from musket fire.  The books says after being shot by muskets the target group draws a stress token after removing casualties.  The question arose, if there are no casualties does the unit still draw a stress token?

You take a stress, if you had at least one key even if it was saved.

Soldiers and reporter trying to flee with Mask.  Almost made it but were forced back by Ruga Ruga and then slaughtered by trained Zanzibari.
