Hello all,
I had an inch to paint some Copplestone and a couple of old Grenadier Future Wars Cops this week. As I have said in the past, Copplestone miniatures seem to paint themselves. I apologized in advance if the pics are too large. Thanks.
Patrick

Sh*t. Now I'll have to re-paint mine. >:(
Great painting - like the guy in the mac especially.

Great job. Nice color

Great stuff.
Really like how you have done all the faces.
Guy in the Mac is the best

I like your choice of colours and agree that they just about paint themselves. ;)

Very nice work.
What the rest say:
very good choice of colours!
I always wanted to field various police units in uniforms.
I already have Victorian police and East Europe polizi (?) from westwind.
Now I am itching on two more small projects:
RCMP and US state troopers. Time to think of the next force!

:o Great work. Nice shading, painting, bases. Superb. Thanks for sharing!!
-
excellent. i cant distinguish which are copplestone and which are grenedier. they fit perfectly.
-
There's a reason for that: Copplestone sculpted the Grenadier figures too. :)

I really like these! Great job! :D

Thank you all for the great comments!
Copplestone miniatures are one of my favorite minis to paint. I decided on the white gloves to contrast with all the blue and black on the minis.
Now I need to track down the rest of the Grenadier sculpts to finish out the Blue Coats. The hunt begins...

Nice colours. I've been thinking of painting some of the ERM Interpol minis in light blue/greyish blue with black details/armour. Now I'm determined to do so.... 8)

The colour scheme is great. It's just different enough to lift them from the "run of the mill" without being outlandish. I for one am glad that Mr C's old sculpts fit in with his later stuff. It just adds to the options when building forces.
Yet again, I'm forced to agree with the Prince of Darkness about the white gloves. They finish them off perfectly.
