This is my first BSC, and I'm very excited, but also slightly apprehensive that I might let myself and the wonderful LAF down by bowing out early. With that in mind I think I will aim fairly low, and combine some methods that I'm comfortable using with some new techniques and ideas, and create a small diorama depicting the final resting place of a brave, flatulent orc pilot.
My concept is that our brave warrior has escaped his wreck, scavenged a few items then holed up in a ruined building waiting for an escape that never came. Here's an image dump for me as much as anyone else!

Here goes nothing!

Interesting spin on the concept - thinking the guy's name could be Mort Damork?

Yes, I know I'm pushing the rules to the limit, but I figures something is better than nothing!
I have to confess ignorance to your pun which really hurts me as I LOVE a good (or bad!) pun.

As long as it has dry stone walling involved, all will be well :D

Not that clever, just orkified Matt Damon's name (first thought was 'The Martian' when you described the concept and he'd play the part of a brave, flatulent orc pilot well I think).

Nothing says comfortable like a dry stone wall!

Whoops, should've guessed. He's got the jawline for it!
