What are omega good sources for alien civilans and/or non-combatants I an use to give life to trading posts ex...?

Most aliens come armed but you could do some converting.

it's to bad no one makes a complete range of aliens, military and civilians.

If he's looking for 25-28mm OG's modular robots are also worth a look:

They'll even work for 15mm, assuming you want bots the size of a small car.

Take a look at Turnkey.  He has some/perhaps all of the old Mega Minis aliens.

Black Hat has the Cobalt 1 miniatures, there are some nice alien merchants in there.
