Hey fellas!
Since I was pretty lazy posting stuff in my online blog the last couple of days (weeks), I thought I should announce a newly painted figure here, so some of you will find their way to my blog again some time!
Hope you enjoy the little monkey from freebooter miniatures.
regards

Sweeeeeeet dude! :o
But did you mix NMM and real metallics? Looks a little bit odd...
-
Sweet little monkey!
Especially the metal parts are great work.

I can't see the pic! :(

Wow, thats nice, greta paint job

Great monkey!
Well, King Kong is a Great Monkey. This is a well-painted monkey.

Excellent work! @Knoxville, I don“t think that it is NMM; I rather think he used progressively lighter shades of metal, I do this on the occasional model, too. Not that I paint as nicely as him. :D

Hey guys.
THanks fo all the comments :-)
@ Knoxi: Yes, I've used NMM (tried on the chest) and ordinary metallics (on the sticks knob on this one. I liked the NMM I've seen on the picture on the freeobooters page so I tried to copy it, but was too lazy to go for NMM on the knob :-) You know, in the end the mini was painted for a girl who doesn't even know what the hell NMM is ;-)
Hope to see you guys on Tactica soon!

Quite! I still can't see it though! Can someone be very kind and re-post the pic with http://www.imageshack.us/ ?
Zoogla - I can't get to your blog either! (Are you on some kind of top secret server? :D )
-
@ hehe, no not really, but since I host my blog (and all the pix) on a computer under my desk  and I am not permitted to run a web server, I had to use another but the standard http port. So my guess is, your employer has blocked internet traffic over port 443.
But I will post the picture elsewhere if you like, no prob. Get back to you in a minute!
